Welcome to Hijanah Website. Hijanah provides services to you which follow our terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. In addition, when you use any of our services, you will be subjected to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. 

Customer Satisfaction

  • At Hijanah, customer satisfaction is our priority.
  • We believe that our quality control system will guarantee that immaculate clothing that we have created. We assure that our products are tailored exclusively from high premium quality fabrics and sewn with great care and high-end tailoring. We also provide exclusive designs of the highest standards at affordable price ranges. 
  • Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
  • But in the event, if you have received faulty item, simply follow the instructions in 'Returns and Exchanges'.


Returns and Exchanges

At Hijanah, we will make sure all our product is processed and shipped in good condition. However, should there is an issue with the item received, you may return the product purchased online within 10 days of received date. All return will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and return in the exact condition upon purchased with tag attached. Be sure to include the original invoice for transaction proof.
  • Sale/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange. If you want to exchange with the different price from the original product, we will not refund upon the balance.
  • Following reasons will not be considered as a valid grounds for a refund or exchange, such as “I changed my mind”, "I choose wrong size" (for apparel) or “I don’t want it anymore”.
  • Purchase made via our Online store only are entitle for a return and exchange to our HQ.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund and exchange policy.
  • Note: All shipping cost of return item(s) are to be borne by purchaser.



Online Orders:

  • All orders are packed for delivery by 5 -10 working days within Malaysia and 7-14 days for International shipping. 
  • We will ensure that all parcels are carefully wrapped and secure before delivery. We will not be held responsible for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by courier. 


Hijanah Haul Holdings Sdn Bhd would like to assure you that order processing operation will still take place with minimal manpower during this period. Do expect some delay in your orders.

As per advise from our courier partner, do ensure that your delivery address is changed to you home address for the time being to ensure parcel is not hold in their Hub.

  • The prices displayed on our website are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).
  • Regarding the colors of our products. We make an effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, we would like to inform that it will depend on monitor screen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors involved. Colors of the products may differ slightly due to lighting/screen brightness of different gadget used to view this page.
  • Any return or refund items will not be permitted due to color differences on monitor screen.
